1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and alobet ("alobet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at alobet.bio. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the alobet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the alobet platform and, if you have already registered, contact alobet support to close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an alobet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online casino and sports betting participation in the Philippines.
• You are physically located within the jurisdiction where access to alobet's services is lawful at the time of each bet or wager.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an alobet account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of alobet.

Each player is permitted to hold only one alobet account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, alobet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine contact number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alobet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. alobet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

You must not share your alobet account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorized it — is your responsibility, except in cases where alobet is found to be at fault through a security breach on our systems.

• Notify alobet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use the same password for your alobet account that you use on other platforms.
• Log out of your alobet account when using shared or public devices.
• alobet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or SMS.

alobet employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions and conducts regular security audits to protect player data and account integrity. However, alobet cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain secure login practices.

4 Deposits & Payments

alobet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods and their respective minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the alobet cashier at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. alobet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, alobet reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and report the activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Deposits are credited to your alobet account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• alobet does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Deposit limits may be set by you at any time via your account's responsible gaming settings.
• alobet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Minimum deposit amount via GCash and Maya is ₱50. Minimum amounts for bank transfer methods may vary.

alobet reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds for deposits that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary account restriction.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available balances at any time through the alobet cashier, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available balance" refers to real-money funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements and are not subject to active pending bets.

Before any withdrawal is processed, alobet may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. alobet aims to review KYC submissions within two (2) business days.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
• alobet targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the alobet cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed fastest among all available methods.
• alobet reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of our AML compliance obligations.

alobet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name. If a refund or chargeback is initiated by a player through their payment provider without first contacting alobet support, alobet reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue recovery of any reversed funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

alobet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all alobet promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that expire without meeting wagering requirements are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless alobet explicitly states otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• alobet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse is detected.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the alobet platform — including JILI slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, online bingo, Lucky Piggy crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall govern for that specific game.

alobet's casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that has been tested by independent third-party laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. alobet does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter results once a game round has commenced.

• Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing and are subject to the rules of the respective card or table game.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the relevant sporting authority or governing body and are not within alobet's control.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, alobet's technical team will review the session and a decision on the affected round will be communicated to the player within five (5) business days.

alobet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, network failure, or software bug has demonstrably affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known malfunction are not payable.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the alobet platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in sports markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game to generate winnings outside normal gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using alobet deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing alobet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing alobet staff or other players through any communication channel provided on the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the alobet platform — including but not limited to the alobet name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of alobet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the alobet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the alobet platform without express written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used in the alobet platform.
• Use the alobet name, logo, or branding in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent from alobet.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the alobet platform by automated means.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as JILI and PG Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to alobet for use on the platform. Any unauthorized use of such content is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright under Philippine and international law.

10 Privacy & Data

alobet collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and alobet's Privacy Policy, which is available at alobet.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an alobet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

The types of data alobet collects include registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, gameplay history, device identifiers, and communications with alobet support. This data is used to operate and improve the platform, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and, where you have opted in, to send you relevant promotions.

• alobet may share data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

alobet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to earn income or escape personal problems. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your alobet account.

12 Suspension & Termination

alobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or another Philippine regulatory authority to suspend or close the account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or account closure request.
• Extended account inactivity as defined in alobet's dormancy policy.

You may close your alobet account at any time by contacting alobet support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable fees and any amounts owed to alobet) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, whether initiated by the player or by alobet due to a Terms violation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, alobet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your alobet account and held therein at the time the claim arises.

alobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the alobet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency platform maintenance.
• Network outages, internet connectivity failures, or disruptions caused by your internet service provider.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Device failures, software crashes, or browser incompatibilities on your end.

Nothing in these Terms limits alobet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the alobet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

alobet operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Disputes that cannot be resolved directly between you and alobet may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

15 Amendments

alobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, alobet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the alobet platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Your continued use of the alobet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
